The 78th annual Cannes Film Festival will take place from 13 to 24 May 2025. At this annual event, the crème de la crème of world cinema flock to the French Riviera and assemble to celebrate a star-studded slate of the year’s finest films, a truly VIP affair.

This year, TransPerfect has your ticket to experience one of the most prestigious experiences in the world of cinema first hand. Think great people and networking in a relaxed and collaborative environment—combined with the incredible opportunity to experience the world’s premier film festival live from the red carpet, and rub shoulders with the stars of the big screen.

ITINERARY

On arrival day, we’ll arrange a car service to collect you from the airport and bring you to the hotel, ‘La Mas Candille’ in Mougins. Relax and settle into your room, before joining us at our welcome reception, followed by dinner for a chance to meet your fellow attendees.

The next morning, after breakfast we’ll regroup for a leisurely morning activity in the hotel surrounds, outside the beautiful village of Mougins. That afternoon, call in the glam squad as you prepare for an evening immersed in the buzz of the world famous ‘Festival de Cannes’—we promise this will be a day that you won’t forget in a hurry!

Accommodation: Guests will spend two nights at ‘La Mas Candille’ in the beautiful hilltop village of Mougins, a 20-minute drive from Cannes.

Getting There: Guests will fly into Nice Airport, and spend two days with the TransPerfect group on the beautiful Côte d’Azur. TransPerfect will coordinate car transfers to the hotel.

Return: After two nights on the French Riviera, on the third day we will coordinate a transfer back to Nice in time for you to catch your return flight home.

What is the cost?

For invited guests, TransPerfect covers round-trip airfare, lodging, airport transfers in France, and all organised group activities and arranged meals. You are responsible for getting yourself to and from your home airport and on-site incidentals—that’s it!

Can I bring my spouse/significant other/a guest?

No, sorry. This is an immersive business networking event, and our primary goal is to ensure as much interaction and relationship-building among the group as possible. Additionally, as we are sure you can imagine, space is extremely limited for such a high demand event so we ask that you attend solo, please!

What should I wear?

Great question! We will share detailed information with all attendees on attire in the run up to the event, but let’s just say you’ll need to pack your tux/floor-length gown for a special event…
