For invited guests, TransPerfect covers round-trip economy airfare, lodging, airport transfers in Bhutan, and all organised group activities and arranged meals. You are responsible for getting yourself to and from your home airport and on-site incidentals—that’s it!

What you will get out of this event is directly proportional to what you put in. The people we invite, both on the client side and on TransPerfect’s side, all have very valuable information to share. Over the course of our several days together, we hope that you’ll seek out as many others as you can.
No, sorry. This is an immersive business networking event, and our primary goal is to ensure as much interaction and relationship-building among the group as possible. While we’re confident that your spouse (or other guest) is a lovely person, we’d strongly prefer that you attend this event on your own.
The average temperature in October ranges from a high of 18-20°C during the day to a low of 4-5°C at night, so please pack accordingly. Wear whatever you feel is most appropriate for a weekend of exploration (good walking shoes are a must). We also recommend bringing a bathing suit if you would like to take advantage of the spa. There’s nothing heavily professional on the schedule, so leave the business suits at home. For dinners, smart casual dress is appropriate. More detailed information on attire will be shared with attendees before the trip.
