For invited guests, TransPerfect covers the cost of airfare, lodging, airport transfers to and from the airport, all organized group activities, and arranged meals. You are responsible for getting yourself to and from your home airport and on-site incidentals…that’s it!

We will arrange for several roundtable discussions on various topics along with several wellness-focused activities. What you get out of this event is directly proportional to what you put in. The people we invite, both on the client side and on TransPerfect’s side, all have very valuable information to share, and over the course of our days together, we hope that you’ll seek out as many others as you can.
No, sorry. As an immersive business networking event, our primary goal is to ensure as much interaction and relationship-building among the group as possible. While we’re confident that your spouse (or other guest) is a lovely person, we’d strongly prefer that you attend this event on your own.
Wear whatever you feel is most appropriate for a weekend of relaxation and wellness activities—yes, for some activities yoga pants are very much okay! There’s nothing heavily professional on the schedule, so leave the business suits at home. For dinners, smart casual is appropriate; other than that, dress for warmer Tuscan weather, and be as stylish as you desire!
