Dan Meyers is the President of TransPerfect Legal’s consulting division. Dan advises clients on best practices for deploying legal technology to streamline litigations, investigations and regulatory proceedings, including for eDiscovery and cross-border data transfers. His clients range from financial institutions and multinational corporations to start-ups and small-to-medium businesses. Dan is certified as an eDiscovery Specialist (ACEDS) and an Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E/C/US). Prior to joining TransPerfect, Dan was a commercial litigation Partner at an Am Law 100 law firm and the Founder and Chair of the firm’s eDiscovery & Information Governance practice group. Dan’s commercial litigation practice covered a wide range of complex business disputes before federal and state courts, including cross-border, corporate governance, antitrust, securities, breach of contract, and business tort cases.

Director of Anti-Bribery & Special Investigations

Maria Fernanda Gallo is an attorney with extensive experience in anti-bribery and investigations. Originally from Colombia, Maria holds a law degree from her home country and has furthered her education with an LL.M. from the United States, where she has resided for nearly her entire life. Maria is currently the Director of the Anti-Bribery and Internal Investigations Group at TransPerfect Legal. Maria plays a pivotal role in overseeing data management in complex investigations involving corruption and compliance issues.

Before her tenure at TransPerfect Legal, Maria worked for 11 years at the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In this role, she was instrumental in conducting investigations and supporting cases pursued by the U.S. government, demonstrating her expertise in navigating the intricacies of global anti-corruption regulations. Maria’s profound knowledge and experience in the areas of anti-bribery and internal investigations, coupled with her bilingual and bicultural background, uniquely position her to address the challenges and opportunities that technological advancements bring to the field of internal investigations.

Senior Director, APG Consulting

Brittany Field joined TransPerfect in 2011 and is now the Senior Director of Consulting in TransPerfect Legal’s Antitrust Practice Group. With extensive hands-on experience across all stages of eDiscovery—including processing, analytics, review, and production—she brings deep expertise to complex legal matters. Holding a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Brittany advises clients on a range of topics, from search term analysis and mobile message review to TAR and AI-driven workflows. She specializes in helping clients optimize AI and analytics for large-scale, high-stakes matters such as Second Requests.
